What is customised live art piece?

The concept is to create a piece from scratch considering the customer’s budget, requirement, individual taste and ideas. A design can be sent to us by other sources for reference purposes only as similar material and plants may not be available in the UAE.

How do I place an order?

We want to give the best customer service experience to our customers and hence made placing an order a very casual with laid back approach. Simply contact us on info@mygreendubai.com , Whatsapp (preferred method) or call on +971502937772 with your query or requirement and we will start working on your order once we understand how we can help you.

Do you have terrariums ready to be delivered, in the stock?

Not really. We custom design all our creations and hence seldom have any ready piece.

How long will it take to process my order?

We require minimum 24 hours to process an order, though there might be a chance where we can process your order same day. Talk to us about it.

Do you deliver to other countries?

Unfortunately, we have our services available only for UAE.

What other services do you offer?

Everything plant related. Terrariums, succulents, fairy gardens, Airplants, mini landscapes, soft scaping, real and artificial grass installation, office plants, home plants, vertical gardens, My Zen concept, Corporate events, occasions, personalised gifts, giveaways. We also offer maintenance services for the plants.

Do you provide samples of the creations before an order with a large quantity?

We do depending on the quantity required and the company profile. Our samples are charged which will be adjusted either as an individual piece cost, or in the total bulk order. Alternatively, we can collect the samples back within 2 to 3 days after delivery.

For bulk quantity order do you deliver directly to the venue?

Yes we do with an applicable delivery cost.

Are there any service charges?

Services charges are included in the prices quoted for an order in some cases. If otherwise, we will be mentioning the service charge separately in the quotations.

What sort of plants do you use in your creations?

We use locally available plants which are suitable for this weather .We use variety of indoor plants and succulents for indoor settings and also have stock of plants for outdoor spaces.

Can I give you my own planter?

Certainly, if you have your own planter, we would be more than happy to collect it, do our magic and drop it back. Please note there will be an additional charge of 25AED (Dubai only) for collection of the planter. All other Emirates will have pick up charges accordingly. Alternatively, you can also drop the planters at a designated place for collection, which will be communicated. Please note for bulk ordered planters pick-up different pick-up charges will apply.

I bought a live art piece but the plants or decorations need changing?

We will be more than happy to re-design the whole setup and will charge you only for the plants or the new decorations used.

Do you also have artificial plants?

We only use live plants or fresh flowers in our creations as per the customer’s request. With the exception of some small cactus which comes with artificial flowers attached to it.

How long live art piece lasts?

Just like any other living things plants will require care, attention and maintenance. The better the care the longer the life, though some plants are seasonal and may not do well throughout the year. Please have a look at our care sheets available on the website.

What are the payment options?

Currently only cash on delivery option is available.

We will discuss the project after viewing the space dedicated to the concept, taking our customer’s liking and budget into consideration.

Do you offer after sale services?

Yes we do. We have put up a care sheet on our website which explains how to take care of it. But if required we will be more than happy to answer any queries you may have regarding your purchase via email to info@mygreendubai.com, WhatsApp or call on +971502937772. Depending on the nature of purchase we offer weekly/monthly maintenance for additional cost. (More applicable to ‘My Zen’ concept and higher value purchases)

How do I receive my order?

Delivery in Dubai is free on minimum order of 200 AED. Orders below 200 AED will have a 50 AED charge.
We deliver for free in other Emirates on minimum order of 500 AED. Orders below 500 AED will have a 150 AED charge. Please note that this only for individual single orders.

*You do have an option to pick up your purchase from a decided pickup point which will be co-ordinated accordingly on the day.

Where are you located?

We are an online garden center so unfortunately at the moment we don’t have a physical location. For corporate events, orders for office plants and My Zen concept, our team will visit the site and come for the meeting to you.
